The things families most often want to know before starting.
How long before my child can swim?
It genuinely depends on age and starting point. Most school-age beginners are swimming a confident basic stroke within a few months of weekly lessons; younger children take a little longer while coordination develops — and that's normal, not a problem. We never rush this stage, because a rushed child becomes a nervous swimmer.
My child is scared of water. Can you still teach them?
Yes — this is something we're especially proud of. Anxious swimmers start slow, with a coach focused on trust and small wins before technique. Many of our happiest families arrived after a bad experience somewhere else.
What does my swimmer need to bring?
Just swimwear and a towel. We will provide a pair of goggles and a swim cap at registration. If you're missing anything, ask us — we stock essentials like goggles, caps and swim diapers.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain doesn't stop a swimming lesson — the pool is already wet! Lessons pause only when safety requires it (thunder or lightning), and we'll arrange the appropriate follow-up for affected classes.
How do fees work?
Fees are structured for monthly lessons, credits for personal classes, and per-term for some of our advanced programmes — with clear, upfront pricing. Contact us or ask at registration and we'll walk you through the packages for your swimmer's level.
